Delhi on Wednesday recorded the lowest minimum temperature of the season at 3.5 degrees Celsius, India Meteorological Department (IMD) said, adding that it could further drop on Thursday. New Year’s Day is likely to bring relief, when the minimum temperature is forecast to rise to around 5 degrees Celsius and to around 7 degrees Celsius on January 2 and 3. Watch the video.
