As government considers how to respond to the rising number of COVID-19 infections countrywide, it's happy days for holiday makers in Durban. Beaches are open and sun, sand and sea was the order of the day, following a two day ban from Christmas. eNCA’s Dasen Thathiah visited the beach, and he's filed this report. Courtesy #DStv403
