PE holidaymakers enjoy the sun at the beach

It's once again sun, sand and sea for residents and holidaymakers. President Cyril Ramaphosa announced that level three restrictions would be eased last week, after nearly a month-long closure. And in Port Elizabeth beaches were packed this weekend. eNCA's Nceba Ntlanganiso spoke to some locals and filed this report.
