Due to strong northwest winds, the entire Bihar state is in the grip of cold wave. Orange alert has been issued in the entire state regarding the cold. People have been asked to take special vigilance from the cold. The effect of cold is also seen in Jamui. On Tuesday too, the effect of cold is expected to last all day. The common life of the common people is disturbed due to Kanakani and cold wave. Generally people are avoiding getting out of homes due to cold.

तेज उत्तर पश्चिमी हवाओं के चलते पूरा बिहार प्रदेश शीतलहर की चपेट में हैं. ठंड को लेकर पूरे प्रदेश में ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है. लोगों को ठंड से विशेष सतर्कता बरतने कहा गया है. ठंड का असर जमुई में भी देखने को मिल रहा है. मंगलवार को भी पूरे दिन ठंड का असर रहने की संभावना है. कनकनी और शीतलहर के कारण आम लोगों का जन जीवन अस्त-व्यस्त है. आमतौर पर लोग ठंड के चलते घरों से बाहर निकलने से बच रहे हैं.
