Teacher at Cape Town boys school off the hook for misconduct

A former teacher at a top Cape Town boys’ school is off the hook on misconduct charges for now. This after it emerged last year that Fiona Viotti had been having sexual relations with schoolboys at Bishops Diocesan College. The South Africa Council for Educators says it’s had to close its investigation because of a lack of cooperation from witnesses. eNCA's Lindsay Dentlinger reports.
