'Poor skills hindering planned projects'

President Cyril Ramaphosa says South Africa needs to embrace green energy for its infrastructure development projects. He says massive programmes are currently underway in the country will result in economic growth and job creation. Economist Azar Jammine, says the fact that two-thirds of the planned projects haven't even got off the ground is concerning.
