Despite two rounds of talks with the Centre, farmer leaders have clearly stated that the agitation would continue till the farm laws are repealed, however, the government has softened its stance on some demands of the farmers. Farmers protesting at the Delhi-Ghazipur border warned that they will amplify the protest by blocking more roads and choking the supply of food products to the national capital if the fifth round of talks with the central government fail today.

नए कृषि कानून के खिलाफ दिल्ली की सीमाओं पर हजारों की संख्या में किसान आंदोलन कर रहे हैं. इस बीच सरकार और किसानों के बीच आज पांचवी बार बातचीत होने जा रही है। सरकार पांचवी बार किसानों को मनाने की कोशिश करेगी। आज सरकार के साथ होने वाली पांचवे दौर की बातचीत से पहले किसानों ने 8 तारीख को भारत बंद का आह्वान किया है। इसलिए आज होने वाली बैठक पर सबकी नजरें टिकी हुईं है। माना जा रहा है कि इस बैठक में कोई हल निकल सकता है।
