Check This Out: Winds cause big rig to rollover in San Diego County

High winds are wreaking havoc all across the state. High winds caused a big rig rollover on Interstate 8 in the eastern part of San Diego County. You can see crews there needing to break open the windshield to pull out a man, woman, and dog from inside. That came moments after crews pulled out two other people from another big rig that had also overturned because of the wind.
