President Moon Jae-in has thanked overseas mission chiefs for their efforts to protect South Korean nationals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a video message for a three-day virtual meeting of South Korean ambassadors and consuls general,... he asked them to be at the forefront of sharing the country's experience in tackling the virus.
I ask for your continued efforts so the success of South Korea's quarantine can lead to increased exports of anti-virus equipment and non-contact related products.
He highlighted the need for Seoul to act as a bridge between developed and developing countries for cooperation and solidarity.
He also asked for diplomatic efforts to ensure fair access to vaccines.
President Moon also stressed the stalled peace drive on the Peninsula must get back on track,... calling for diplomatic efforts to win international support.
