J&K: First phase of DDC polls sees nearly 52% turnout

On Saturday, the first polls in Jammu & Kashmir after the abrogation of Article 370 took place. Voting ends in 1st phase of polling for the District Development Council in 43 constituencies. According to the Election Commission of India, 51.76 percent of voters turnout in the first phase. Watch the video to know more.
