Voting begins for Goa, Uttarakhand, UP second phase polls

In the second round of elections in UP, voting has started on 55 assembly seats in 9 districts. Voting is being held simultaneously for seventy seats in Uttarakhand and forty seats in Goa. In the second round in UP, the credibility of four ministers including Finance Minister Suresh Khanna is at stake. Also, voters will decide the electoral fate of Minister Dharampal Saini, who joined Samajwadi just before the election. In Uttarakhand, under the leadership of CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, the BJP has come out for the mandate again, while in Goa this time apart from the Congress, the Aam Aadmi Party and TMC are also in the fray.
