The Supreme Court has taken a tough stand on the way the second wave of Corona has knocked once again in the country, with the Supreme Court resenting the mishandling of Corona with the ever increasing cases of corona and the bodies of those who died from Corona The entire case has been taken suo motu cognizance. Justices Ashok Bhushan said that the situation in Delhi has become worse. We want that the affidavit should be filed in detail on what the government has arranged. The Supreme Court has asked for a status report in two days in Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Assam on the management of fast growing Kovid cases, facilities for patients and other arrangements.

देश में जिस तरह से एक बार फिर से कोरोना की दूसरी लहर ने दस्तक दी है, उसपर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अपना लिया है, कोरोना के लगातार बढ़ते मामलों और कोरोना से मरने वालों के शव के साथ मिसहैंडलिंग पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नाराजगी जताते हुए इस पूरे मामले का स्वत: संज्ञान लिया है।जस्टिस अशोक भूषण ने कहा कि दिल्ली में हालात बदतर हो गए हैं. हम चाहते ह़ै कि सरकार ने क्या व्यवस्था की है, उस पर विस्तार से हलफनामा दाखिल किया जाए. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली, गुजरात, महाराष्ट्र और असम में तेजी से मौजूदा समय बढ़ रहे कोविड मामलों के प्रबंधन, मरीजों को सुविधा समेत अन्य व्यवस्थाओं पर स्टेटस रिपोर्ट दो दिन में मांगी है.
