The scope of the investigation of the Narcotics Control Bureau, or NCB, is increasing in relation to the alleged use of drugs in the film industry. Many people related to the film and Manjorjan industries have been questioned by the NCB in the drugs case. The NCB has arrested comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiya. Nawab Malik, a minister and NCP leader in the Maharashtra government, has questioned the arrest of Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh.
