Delhi govt increases fine for spitting in public to ₹ 2,000

A day after increasing the fine for not wearing masks from Rs 500 to Rs 2,000, the Delhi government announced the same penalty on Saturday for those caught violating quarantine rules, social distancing norms or chewing and spitting tobacco and pan masala. The Delhi Police imposed the fine of Rs 2,000 on more than 1,300 people in the city till 4 pm on Saturday. Watch this video to know more.
