The decision was taken by a meeting chaired by LT. Governor Anil Baijal. The supreme court too prohibited the plying of 15 year old petrol and 10 year old diesel vehicles in the NCR and made it clear that such vehicles will be impounded if found on roads. SC directed the CPCB to publish a list of the numbers of these vehicles on their website and social media. Meanwhile, air quality in DELHI remained to be in the hazardous quality.
