Four terrorists killed in encounter with security forces at Nagrota on Jammu-Srinagar highway were on their way to the Kashmir Valley with the aim of disrupting the District Development Council (DDC) election. The terrorists had the backing of Pakistan, sources in Jammu and Kashmir security establishment said, for causing disturbances in the DDC election beginning November 28. Meanwhile around 350 terrorists are ready to infiltrate into the Valley. Watch this report.
