Mapua University student Carvey Ehren Maigue makes it to the Global Top 20 final stage of James Dyson Awards 2020 for his invention "AuREUS", an evolution for walls/windows, and uses technology synthesized from upcycled crop waste to absorb stray UV light from sunlight and convert it to clean renewable electricity. It also pushes for better access to solar energy by supporting local agriculture industry hit by calamities
