मध्य प्रदेश के ग्वालियर में उपचुनाव मतगणना की रात डेढ़ बजे सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में तैनात 2 डीएसपी सडक किनारे ठंड से ठिठुर रहे भिखारी को जूते और जैकेट दिए हैं। भिखारी को ठिठुरते देख दोनों पुलिस अधिकारी गाड़ी रोक उसके करीब गए। दोनों पुलिस अफसरों को अपने पास देख भिखारी ने उन्हें नाम से पुकारा। फिर बातचीत हुई तो दोनों ही पुलिस अधिकारी हैरान रह गए। उन्हें पता चला कि यह भिखारी हमारे बैच का पुलिस अफसर है। लेकिन पिछले 10 सालों से वह लवारिस हालात में घूम रहा है।
