Positive for COVID-19.
On Monday morning,
Housing and Urban
Development Secretary
Ben Carson tested positive
for COVID-19.
He was reportedly tested at Walter Reed
National Military Medical Center after he began
experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. .
His deputy chief of staff, Coalter Baker, confirmed
the news and provided an update on Carson’s health,
saying he was “in good spirits.”.
He is in good spirits and
feels fortunate to have
access to effective
therapeutics which aid
and markedly speed
his recovery, Coalter Baker, via 'The Independent'.
Carson attended the election night party
at the White House on Tuesday. .
White House Chief of Staff
Mark Meadows, who tested
positive for COVID-19 last week,
was also in attendance. .
Virtually every attendee at the
party was not wearing a mask.
Carson was also seen maskless at a
Trump campaign rally in Waterford
Township, Michigan on October 30.
