In 2003, he started the dance company named Sherif’s Dance company in Chennai. Later, he worked at South Indian president Film Industry copyrights exploitation. He had slowly risen in Kollywood. He came to limelight after he worked with Kollywood Superstar Vijay. Sheriff Choreographed Vijay for the film Theri which earned him positive reviews. Sheriff started his choreography career in movies through a Tamil film called “Vetriselvan”.
