A thick blanket of toxic smog continues to engulf Delhi and NCR. Delhiites woke up to yet another smoggy morning as air quality deteriorates in the national capital. Capital's air is in the very poor category. Pollution reached the worst level in the last one year. AQI mounts more than 400. Watch the video to know more.
