Supreme Court slams Delhi-Centre govt over air pollution

Supreme Court hearing underway over Delhi pollution case today. Centre & APP submit its proposal after the apex body suggested a 2-day lockdown. All schools and govt offices shut as the air remains in the 'poor' category. Delhi govt in an affidavit filed in Supreme Court says it is ready to take steps like complete lockdown to control the local emissions.
