Karnataka Police in Kalaburagi made violators of coronavirus lockdown perform Yoga, sit-ups and push-ups as punishment on April 04. They later distributed candles among the violators to light them at 9pm on April 5 as requested by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In his address to the country on April 3, PM Modi requested people to light a diya, candle or mobile light at 9pm for 9 min on April 5.
