Experts say good sleep is key to good health
  • 3 years ago
Sleep is something many of us take for granted or think we can do without - remember that saying “sleep when you’re dead”? Well, there’s no such thing. A lack of sleep can be detrimental to your health and safety, regardless of how young or old you are. There is so much that happens in our bodies that is dependent on sleep and if we’re not sleeping properly we could be causing serious damage to ourselves. Just being a bad sleeper is one thing but there are those who suffer from debilitating sleep disorders such as insomnia, sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome and narcolepsy, to name just a few.
