What is 'Outing with wife' link with Tejashwi's promise

There is only one day left for the assembly elections in Bihar and all the parties are trying very hard to bring the results of the elections in their favor. While Bihar CM Nitish Kumar is giving details of his works, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav is trying to woo his voters by making promises.
