Bihar needs to walk for miles on the path of 'Vikas': Modi

Addressing his first rally of the 3-phase assembly elections in Bihar, PM Modi said that voters of Bihar have taken a resolve that they won't let those who have a history of making the state 'Bimaru' come near them. During the rally, PM Modi said that Bihar still needs to walk for miles on the path of Vikas (Development). PM Modi also talked about those steps which NDA has taken for the poor people of Bihar.
