Uttar Pradesh has sounded an alert throughout the state and policemen have been spread out to nap Vikas Dubey who is accused of killing 8 policemen. The Uttar Pradesh Police had formed at least 20 dedicated teams with a total of 200 police personnel across the state to track down Vikas Dubey.
