Recently The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has raided the houses of Tamil Nadu Health Minister C Vijayabaskar, Director General of Police (DGP) T K Rajendran, ex-DGP S George and others in connection with its probe into the multi-crore 'gutkha scam'. Avudaiappan expressed his disappointment over Gutka scam and explains how TN Ministers and Police officers are involved in this scam.

Ex Commisoner opens on Gutka Scam
Former Chennai Police Commissioner S. George recently said he has not received any money from any gutkha manufacturer. The former city police chief told reporters here that at the time when the scam surfaced, it was blown up to prevent him and T.K. Rajendran from becoming the Director General of Police (DGP).
