Another person in South Korea has died shortly after receiving a flu shot.
It's the eleventh such incident so far this season.
A 79 year old woman in Daejeon got her vaccine on Monday... and later came down with a fever and started to vomit.
The following day, she had trouble breathing and lost consciousness,.. at which point she was rushed to hospital where she later died.
A family member said she was healthy until she received the shot and had no underlying health conditions.
