Dressed in full personal protective equipment gear and in handcuffs, political prisoner Reina Mae Nasino finally got to say goodbye to her dead baby Wednesday, October 14, but only for 3 hours.
She will be given another 3 hours on Friday, October 16 to attend her daughter River’s burial.
