S. Koreans required to wear face masks on public transport, at medical facilities from Oct. 13

People in South Korea will be required to wear face masks on public transport, at medical facilities ...and at demonstrations at all times from Tuesday.
Those who fail to wear masks will face a fine of up to 86 U.S. dollars from November 13th.
Administrators who fail to enforce such measures will be subject to a fine of up to 260 dollars.
The fine will also be applied to people who wear masks under their noses and chins.
Those aged under 14 or with medical conditions that mean they can't wear a mask will be exempt.
The face mask policy for other facilities will be vary based on the current social distancing measures.
