Polling for the third phase of panchayat elections has started. Under this, voters are voting at their respective polling stations from 7:30 am. Polling will be held till 5:30 in the state's panchayat elections. A total of 31 lakh 87 thousand 585 voters will exercise their franchise in the third phase. These include 16 lakh 66 thousand 814 men, 15 lakh 20 thousand 762 women. In all 975 gram panchayats of the third phase, candidates for sarpanch and panch positions will be elected.

पंचायत चुनाव के तीसरे चरण का मतदान शुरू हो गया है। इसके तहत मतदाता अपने-अपने निर्धारित मतदान केंद्रों पर सुबह 7:30 से ही मतदान कर रहे हैं। प्रदेश में पंचायत चुनाव में 5:30 तक मतदान होगा। तीसरे चरण में कुल 31 लाख 87 हजार 585 मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करेंगे। इनमें से 16 लाख 66 हजार 814 पुरुष, 15 लाख 20 हजार 762 महिला शामिल है। तीसरे चरण की सभी 975 ग्राम पंचायतों में सरपंच और पंच पदों के प्रत्याशी चुने जाएंगे।
