Adour pollution in Sungai Semenyih and Sungai Langat caused water supply disruptions in 273 areas involving over 300,000 accounts in four districts namely Petaling, Hulu Langat, Kuala Langat and Sepang.

Selangor State Environment, Green Technology, Science, Technology and Innovation and Consumer Affairs Committee chairperson Hee Loy Sian said the pollution detected was from organic substances such animal carcass and not from petroleum.
