Authorities fine and seal off factory behind S'gor, KL water disruption

The cause of the latest water supply disruption in Selangor has been attributed to a factory in Sungai Gong. Selangor Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari revealed today.
Amirudin said the factory which is believed to have caused the water supply disruption in Selangor has been handed a compound fine by the state government.
He added that appropriate action has been taken under the jurisdiction permitted that would likely involve sanction under Federal laws and action by the Attorney-General's Chambers.
