Does Dan instruct his Enforcement Police run over anyone running away that looks like they are not obeying his draconian lock-down measures. Does Dan then tell them after running them over to beat them and kick them in the head; only then to find out if they are unwell or mentally ill.
Dan it is getting disgusting and YOU - not your advisors - not your police force and not your health minister are responisble.
