Business travel premitted

Transport Minister, Fikile Mbalula says travel to high risk countries is only permitted for business travel. But if South Africans go there for leisure purposes, the department cannot stop them from wanting to return home. But there are processes that will need to be followed such as a negative test and possible quarantine for a period of time.
