Priyanka Gandhi Vadra visited the Valmiki temple located on Panchkuian Marg in New Delhi on Friday. Her visit to the temple comes a day after she was denied permission to meet the family of a 19-year-old girl from Hathras on Thursday.

Meanwhile, a large number of protesters have gathered at Delhi's Jantar Mantar to protest against the Hathras incident. AAP's Delhi MLA Saurabh Bharadwaj, actor Swara Bhaskar and Gujarat MLA Jignesh Mewani have also reached the protest site.
