A delegation of five Congress leaders, including Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra are on their way to meet the family of the 19-year-old Dalit girl in Boolgarhi village in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras.
Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi have been allowed to visit Hathras in Uttar Pradesh. Permission has been given to the two Congress leaders along with three other representatives of the party.
They have crossed the Delhi border without any disruption and are on their way to Hathras.
