Pillay's early retirement in focus

The Public Protector versus the Public Enterprises Minister is continuing in the High Court in Pretoria. Busisiwe Mkhwebane wants Pravin Gordhan to face criminal charges for approving former SARS deputy commissioner, Ivan Pillay's early retirement. Gordhan was finance minister at the time. He says Mkhwebane is overstepping and using her office to play politics.
