Botswana President Mokgweetsi Masisi is denying he is silencing his critics by having them arrested. Opposition grouping, Umbrella for Democratic Change, made the claims after journalists and activists were detained. Those arrested include outspoken opposition member, Resego Kgosidintsi. The President's spokesperson says the accusations are part of a campaign to tarnish the leader's name.
