This two-year-old dog is the best baby sitter to his human brother.

The clip, filmed on September 9 in Israel shows Mikey the chocolate labrador playing with his human brother, seven-month-old Eithan.

"They are best friends! Eithan thinks that Mikey is his brother, and Mikey treats him like his son. They were together from the moment Eithan was born and now it sometimes it looks like they have their own secrets!" Eithan's mum, Natali, told Newsflare.
