Sussex Police has shared this video of a texting driver who crashed then overturned his vehicle in Roedean Road, Brighton, on November 15, 2019. The driver, who had to have his arm amputated after the incident, gave his permission for the footage to be shared to warn others of the dangers of using a mobile phone at the wheel.
