The State Capture Inquiry continues to hear testimony on the R1 billion Free State housing project. Former Human Settlements head, Gift Mokoena, has been testifying. He told the commission how then Premier Ace Magashule interfered in the awarding of contracts. He says Magashule told then MEC Mosebenzi Zwane to instruct him to award contracts to certain contractors.
