Journalist Siobhan Meade and her husband Sean Dilley, who are registered blind, were discriminated against on Sunday, September 20 when an Aqua Cars taxi driver in Portsmouth tried to hike their fare because they had their guide dogs with them.

Such charges are illegal under the Equality Act 2010 and the couple filmed their experience, which has since been reported to Portsmouth City Council's licensing department.
