Jorge Videla signs commercial agreement with Masayoshi Ohira 1979

Tour of the President of the Argentine Republic, Lieutenant General Jorge Rafael Videla through Tokyo, Japan. The Prime Minister of Japan, Masayoshi Ohira and his Minister of Foreign Relations, Sunao Sonoda receive at the official residence of the head of government of the empire the President of the Argentine Nation, Lieutenant General Jorge Rafael Videla; in this way the second and last round of State talks between the two countries begins. Also participating in the meeting is the Argentine foreign minister, Brigadier Carlos Washington Pastor and the head of the economic team, Dr. Jose Alfredo Martinez de Hoz, next to whom is the Argentine ambassador to Japan, Admiral Carlos Jaime Fraguio. Finally, after the absolutely private conversation that they held in one of the rooms of this residence, they pass to this other one where the technical and cultural cooperation agreements between Argentina and Japan will be signed, whose signature will be in charge of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs Carlos Pastor and Sunao Sonoda. The full Argentine representation attends this ceremony.
