Kim Jong Un has toured a flood recovery project after extreme weather hit North Korea.

State media KCNA released a 12 minute video of Kim visiting a construction site, but they did not say when the Supreme Leader’s visit took place.

Days of torrential rain had caused a river’s levee to break causing widespread flooding.

Initial reports suggest more than 730 houses and 179 housing blokes were destroyed.
