슬로베니아에 멜라니아 동상 또 세워져…"이번에는 청동"

A new bronze statue of U.S. First Lady Melania Trump has been unveiled in her native Slovenia this week, to replace a wooden carving of her that was burnt down by unknown arsonists in July.
The new sculpture was created by the same artist and the craftsman that made the original wooden one, and was placed on the same tree stump where it used to stand.
The new life-sized statue bears no obvious resemblance to the first lady, but residents of Melania's hometown were enthusiastic when they came to see the artwork.
Meanwhile, the burnt wooden statue described by the artist as representing tensions in the U.S. was displayed at an art gallery earlier this month.
