Everyone has heard the name of Bihar mountainman Dashrath Manjhi. Who single-handedly made a road after 22 years of hard work by cutting a mountain 360 feet long, 30 feet wide and 25 feet high with a hammer and chisel. One such 70-year-old clove, Bhuiyan, has overcome the difficulties of hundreds of people in the villages with his hard work. Thirty years of hard work cut the mountain and made it a five kilometer long canal. Now the mountain and rain water are going through the canal to the fields. Due to which the people of three villages are benefiting.

बिहार के माउंटेनमैन दशरथ मांझी का नाम हर किसी ने सुना है. जिन्होंने एक हथौड़ा और छैनी से अकेले ही 360 फुट लंबी, 30 फुट चौड़ी और 25 फुट ऊंचे पहाड़ को काट कर 22 सालों के कड़ी मेहनत के बाद सड़क बना डाली थी. ऐसे ही एक 70 साल के बुजुर्ग लौंगी भुईयां ने अपनी मेहनत से गांवों के सैकड़ों लोगों की मुश्किलें दूर कर दीं. तीस साल की कड़ी मेहनत से पहाड़ काट कर पांच किलोमीटर लंबी नहर बना डाली. अब पहाड़ और बारिश का पानी नहर से होते हुए खेतों में जा रहा है. जिससे तीन गांव के लोगों को फायदा हो रहा है.
