In the country where there is communal tension between Hindu and Muslims. At the same time, the Madi village of Biharsharif in Bihar is showing an example of Hindu-Muslim unity. There is not a single Muslim family in the village, but the mosque here is looked after by Hindu families. As a rule, there are five times of worship in the mosque. People from the Hindu family clean the mosque and also do rituals at the tomb.

देश में जहां हिंदू-मुस्लिमों के बीच सांप्रदायिक तनाव देखने को मिलता है। वहीं बिहार के बिहारशरीफ का माड़ी गांव हिंदू-मुस्लिम एकता की मिसाल पेश कर रहा है। गांव में एक भी मुस्लिम परिवार नहीं है, लेकिन, यहां के मस्जिद की देखभाल हिंदू परिवार के लोग करते हैं। कायदे से मस्जिद में पांच वक्त की अज़ान होती है। हिंदू परिवार के लोग मस्जिद की साफ-सफाई से लेकर मज़ार पर चादरपोशी भी करते हैं।
