Doctor Anthony Fauci, the U.S.'s top advisor for COVID-19 says, it's "conceivable" to have a vaccine ready by October..., although he thinks it's unlikely.
Fauci's comments to CNN on Thursday comes as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention told government officials to prepare for distribution of a possible vaccine by November 1st.
However, he did say the development of a safe and protective vaccine is more likely to come during the end of the year.
There are currently three vaccines in the U.S. that have entered the final phase of clinical trials.
